Gold, Land, Changes, Opportunities, and New Listings

NEW LISTING IN TALLADEGA COUNTY – Near Oxford!
With that in mind, we have just listed a parcel at the intersection of Alabama Hwy 21 and Stockdale Road, just north of Talladega that I think might interest many of you.  There are farmland, timberland, and potential homesites in the tract.  256+/- Acres total that can be purchased in tracts of 95+/- Acres, 90+/- Acres, 28+/- Acres, 24+/- Acres, and 19+/- Acres.  All have paved frontage and are just minutes from Talladega, Oxford, I-20, and Mt. Last week, I traveled down to Newsite in northern Tallapoosa County and looked at a parcel we have available there.  123+/- Acres of timberland with mixed mature timber, deeded access off of Alabama Hwy 22 and a beautiful, rocky creek flowing through it…just what so many are looking for…and at a timberland price, just $1,536/acre.  At that price, I can see a clear pathway to a great combination timber and hunting land investment that puts well under $1,000/acre in dirt value.  This is the place to make money…not Gold…this property is priced less, on a per acre basis, than an ounce of gold.
