NEW LISTING IN TALLADEGA COUNTY – Near Oxford!
With that in mind, we have just listed a parcel at the intersection of Alabama Hwy 21 and Stockdale Road, just north of Talladega that I think might interest many of you. This is the place to make money…not Gold…this property is priced less, on a per acre basis, than an ounce of gold.

Investment Advice: Buy Low. Sell High.

Land investments made during down markets are the ones that make BIG money during better economic times. Any good businessman will tell you the secret to making money with investments is to “Buy Low and Sell High.” Indeed I spent time with a customer today who made that very statement while we were looking at some timberland for sale in Chilton County Alabama. He liked what he saw and agreed that now is certainly a time to “Buy Low.” Like many people that I work with, he was looking for a property that would make a good investment, that he can hunt on as well. Has there been a better time in recent memory to buy investment property? Can you see the potential to invest in land in today’s economy, and secure a portion of your financial future?
