The Alabama Forest Owner’s Association offers liability insurance coverage to it’s members for timberland, hunting land, and recreational-use land. Membership is very affordable at only $15.00 per year and Timberland liability coverage is just $30.00 plus $0.24 per acre for a one million dollar liability policy. Total cost for an owner of 40 Acres, just $54.60 per year.
